Every morning at Botanica starts in the soil. Our in-house kitchen garden provides over 40% of our herbs and microgreens, while the rest is sourced from a hand-picked network of 200 local farmers in Ranchi and Indore.
The Kitchen
We don't believe in over-manipulating ingredients. Our philosophy is rooted in traditional Indian cooling and heating methods, adapted for the modern palate.

The Space
An intimate 40-cover space designed to disappear. Natural limestone walls, reclaimed teak wood, and hand-woven linens from local weavers create a tactile environment that lets the plate take center stage.
Chef Nisha Verma
With a decade spent between London's Michelin kitchens and the family farms of Madhya Pradesh, Nisha brings a unique "Soil-to-Table" sensibility to Botanica. Her approach is uncompromisingly seasonal and deeply rooted in ancestral Indian wisdom.
